Please help

my g/f was messing with my photoshop 7.0 and now all i can do is grab with a hand i can't brush or gradient nothing works on the canvas but a grab tool and i dont know how to disable it all it does is move layers, can you please please help!?!? i will give major kudos!

P.S. when i click the tools i want to use it still shows the grabbing tool

You may want to reset all of the tools settings:

Also, if that doesn't work, try resetting all of Photoshop's preferences/settings to defauls:

One last thing I've had happen to me before was related not to Photoshop itself but rather my computer's keyboard getting its Control key stuck down. In that case the Move tool was constantly selected no matter what. Check to see if you have any stuck keys. If your spacebar gets stuck you'd constantly have the tool that looks like a hand.

Thanks for this information i am also in deep problem.
Actually i am art lover i have a great collection of monet reproductions as well other pop art or my own special photos on canvas but from last many times i am trying to get them on papers with help of photoshop but never get succeed with quality the original one having. So can anybody advice me that how can i do this thing. Should i go for some other tool?
