If you are highly skilled in PHP/MYSQL (several years of experience) let me know... also looking for someone who is highly skilled in Action Script.

True, but there are other reasons.

• There are least three coders with the same skill set for a small project.
• He is determining competence through years of experience.
• Except for video players and games, the result of advanced ActionScript is usually terrible.
• He is looking for people on Neverside, where traffic is almost nothing.

I would love to be proved wrong.
