How to I take a selection and turn it into a paint brush texture I can paint with?

I know how to do this in adobe photoshop elements but I am having trouble figuiring out how to grab a selection of a picture and then save it as a paint brush or SOME way of using this selection to retouch and paint with in PSP 9.0 Embarassed
