Hi, I'm pretty much a noob at photoshop and still at the stage of experimenting with all the effects. I really want to know how to create the background image of the image provided below.

Please, help needed! Thx. Smile

Filter > Render > Clouds
Filter > Render > Difference Clouds
CTRL + F
CTRL + F
CTRL + F
Filter > Noise > Add Noise - 10% / Gaussian / Monochromatic
Filter > Blur > Motion Blur - 50 Degree Angle @ 35 Pixel Distance
Filter > Blue > Gaussian Blur - 2 Pixel Radius
Filter > Brush Strokes > Accented Edges - Edge Width @ 2 / Edge Brightness @ 38 / Smoothness @ 5

With ^^ I got this:

If you want the dark and light shadows and highlights just brush in some spots where you want the shadows and highlights before you add the noise, blur and accents.
