Cheating: Healthy Relationship?

Just curious to hear what peoples responses are but do you think that a good person can make the mistake of cheating and learn their lesson after that first time and quit? Do you think that after a spouse or partner has cheated once a healthy relationship can be formed after? If you answer maybe to the poll please explain why. Please give examples of failures and even better success stories if you have any. Thanks

It's possible to be friends -- some time after. Well, more for some people, as I've known married couples who have endured it. I've been cheated on, and based on the emotions and actions that came about after it, I really don't think I could remain in a relationship with someone after they have cheated. Relationships since then have been better, though just as confusing, but I've gradually become more and more asexual. I'm not really attracted to anyone, and I tend to see the worst in people I know personally. Whether that's a result of being cheated on or not, I'm not sure.

Marquesc, it all depends on one's sincerity. If one sincerely repents of previous mistakes, a healthy relationship is undoubtedly possible if one's mate is willing to forgive. My Grandmother has remained loyal to my Grandfather for almost 65 years and he's done everything from child molestation, running off with another woman, and abusive drunkenness. But even after being caught he's never shown any sincere remorse for his actions. Yet my Grandmother remained loyal, even though she deserved better. I pray her rewards are great.

I once cheated in Super Mario, Mario never looked at me the same way since.

I heard someone is making a new, much more effective Anti-Cheat client though. Don't cheat, if you want to go CPL in relationships.
