H8 Baking, becoming a Technologist instead

Well, not baking in what it was, but what its becoming. Brumby's, Davey's Bakery, Brody's, Bakers Delight, they're all assholes. I want no part of it.

So come 2009 my friend and I are retiring from our respective industries (she works for Toys R Us in retail, hates it) opening a Internet Cafe/Computer Store in Westchester, NY. Suggestions? Ideas? Insults?

General opinion as to where the baking world is heading?
