I'm looking for a tutorial to see how to make this kind of background in the menu (the red stuff) http://www.deviantart.com/deviation/5053934/ also the image, in the top and in the bottom has it but in white color.

Grungy borders. There's about a million ways to do grungy effects, but Dubtastic has a pretty good tutorial to get your feet wet.

Also check google for lots of grunge brush resources.
