Looking for a photoshop tutorial

I had this really awesome tutorial where it showed you have to shape text depending on whats behind it. Say you had some text and behind the text was a wavy flag. The tutorial would show you how to make the text wavy to match the waves of the flag. Anyone know where I can find this? Thanks
