help with menus

Hey. I have been using flash for quite some time now and have never really created a proper menu. Would anyone be able to tell me how to create a menu like the menu on this website http://www.batherspavilion.com.au and also possibly tell me how to create the slide transitions. Any tutorials would be greatly appreciated. Cheers

These menus are just a combination of simple movie clips and buttons, nothing too fancy. The transitions are movie clips as well.

To understand how this works I suggest that you visit http://www.kirupa.com. There are plenty of tutorials over there, for beginners and advanced users.
