Backgrounds and Floats - my dilemma

Hello everyone

I'm building http://www.lexmediaconsulting.com/relentless/ , a guild website. You can't see it on the main page, but if you head on over to http://www.lexmediaconsulting.com/relentless/basics/leadership/ you'll see my problem.

I'm using backgrounds for the body and html to achieve this, yet I'm forced to use 100% window height and thus my problem.

If anyone would be willing to take a look at the CSS, http://www.lexmediaconsulting.com/relentless/css/master.css and take a look, I would greatly appreciate it.
