This is all quite my fault, and I apologize to you guys, Grayson for this situation, Stephen for me not being more clear, and everyone else.
I have been meaning to give a full overhaul to all of Neverside's policies and guidelines to be more in line with our current situation, but have been very distracted by the work currently going on in getting the new version of Neverside out the door. Because of this, and because Neverside's current system does not always seem to successfully track and notify the appropriate parties about what has been done (warnings, threads moving, etc), this has led to a number of issues that I know we can avoid if we can all ensure we're on the same page.
I feel a little bit stuck at the moment, as I cannot let my and the team's focus on the development project falter, but the updating of Neverside's rules and policies is of equally great concern. When Neverside v2 is up and running, this is the first thing on my plate --- although, it occurred to me just now that the expert opinions of you guys, the members of Neverside, ought to play a role in just what these rules should be.
To aid the situation and help us prevent further misunderstandings, I'd like to propose that you guys, Neverside members, begin submitting your own feelings about what changes to Neverside's rules/policies should be made, in order to make this a better place. I will make a new thread in which you can begin proposing changes and ideas. You can submit general ideas, specific adjustments to the current text/wording, etc. Additionally, if one or more of you would take the charge of working on some ideas on how we can successfully maintain a Marketplace forum and avoid the various pitfalls, definitely please submit your ideas.
Again, I apologize for all this happening, and hope you will choose to stay around here with us Grayson. There are some great changes coming soon. In the mean time I ask that we all be especially patient with each other and do our best to communicate as we're working through this stage.
Thanks!
