Did anyone else here get this game, yet, in the future....???

okay, guys, some of you cant play cause you dont have the newest dx. its 9c
it's included on the disc but not with the demo.
ms doesnt offer it as an update either, yet it came out in October...odd

i got the game, it's a lot of fun and i love being ranked but the system is kinda buggy. they have a lot to patch/fix before it get's a 10 in my book. right now i'd rate it about a 7.
