Math Midterm

So I picked up a practice worksheet for my math 1A midterm tomorrow and I'm rather confused as fark. Could someone like ansewr them. All of them. A girl in the dorm across from me and I are going to commit suicide because it's so confuzzling.

Oh yeah, we can't use any calculators.

Trigonometry II
Calculus I
Calculus II
Calculus III
Proofs I
