Need help with fonts

Hello,

I'm trying to create a simple banner for a website with Paint Shop Pro 8. But when I type it out the fonts appear either outlined or all white. I used the palette for black foreground and white background, nothing works. The white fonts seems to be the default color. How do I get black fonts? Thanks.

Set black as the background and you should get black fonts.

When you change the colors on the color palette, highlight the text in the text entry box first. Common mistake.
