Background....

Hi all. Im new here. Im trying to make this background (shapes) in photoshop. Anyone know how to make this background? I have searching anyone tutorial but I dont find nothing

I'm not quite sure what you're asking.... do you mean how to make the image you attached as a whole, or how to make the flourescent-looking blue circle things on it? The image is pretty small - kinda hard to get a context of what the whole picture is. Do you have a link to the place you got this image?

It looks like a square cut in half diagonally, the long edge cut out by a semicircle, then a drop shadow added to it. Duplicate the layer, rotate, repeat.
