How to Do this Effect ???

HI

please guide me step by step ho to do this effect. (Attach file)

Using techniques from a few of the following tutorials, you can do it:

Try following those tutorials as-written, in order to gain some experience with the techniques... then try to combine them in whatever creative way needed to reproduce the Quicktime logo.

Also, there are a few terrific Layer Style sets available at Adobe Exchange which emulate various Apple OS X styles (i.e. blue gels, etc). Sign up there and search for OS X, Apple, etc (I don't remember the precise location I found them there).

Pretty much exactly what AC showed in the top link.. Just using dodge and burn on certain areas instead of filters and what appears to be some outer-glow. The marque tools will come in alot of handy just make sure you tool around with the "add selection" "remove selection" and "intersect selection" to create more dynamic shading marques.
