HAHA, sure. In real life it's really hard to sue, especially since it's pretty hard to prove it's his original work for this kind of stuff. That doesn't take into account that the violators could be foreign. Over here it's pretty hard to just sue someone, and that's not taking into account the fact that you're probably talking about sueing someone who lives in another country, which is as far as I know madness...
So, the whole "just sue" argument you see all over the internet is pretty much a fairy tale, there's very few cases where a regular guy can just sue someone else.
