Any tutorials for this?

Hey i am trying to find out how to design this style of art.

I am not a retard with photoshop but i am not a pro. does anyone know of any tutorials for this kind of art?

Or can anyone point me in the right direction? I already have brushes

Brushes, grunge art, photo manip, texts....that is about all you need to get something like this going. It takes practice to make this. Mess with blend modes, brushe opacities, scattering the brush a bit, etc.

That may be done by hand. Look at AngryBlue, a lot of stuff he does is just like this, and most of it's illustration as I understand it.
