IE website help required plz

Ok, here is a website I made and it works great in firefox... but when I open it in Internet Explorer.. well see for yourself... all my aligns look weird and my menu is on 2 lines

Nor can I. Absolutely no difference betweeen FF and IE7.

It's in IE6. I can see it.

Actually, pulling it up again, I don't see it. ? Did you fix it or is this another phantom problem that gets fixed after hitting Refresh?
