Best $5 host......

I need MySQL and PHP and as much space/bandwidth as i can get. What is the best host for $5/monthly?

I do not mind about other things although it may be nice also i need FTP access.

i think hostiva is about 4.95 a month or something around there. they gots MYSQL and PHP. but the downside is. me and my friend had them hosts our sites. MAJOR DOWNTIME!!!!!!!

so now, we hate hostiva. but, if u willing to try it, ahha go ahead.

I use hostiva and in all of the time I used it I had 1 or 2 downtime times
I just can't remember being mad at them only satisfied, I pay 35 bucks a year for 5gigs/transfer and 100 megs

hm.. well iono. im usually online alot, and when me and my friend were updating our sites n ****, there was like 1 week where they were down like once everday, which was some bs. that was what made us made. and anywayz, it was down for us alot...

maybe it depends on when you signed up or something
