Now that we've all had our go and insulting the intelligence of the poster, this might as well be closed.

linux and apple are both very small and meak companies compared to microsoft. i think ms has a very good majority of the market right now, so why lose a good thing and go with something not as good? windows is better, after all. Roll Eyes

Small is the new big... if that's where you want to go

BTW.. Alienware recommends Windows XP Pro because mostly of video-games are supported by this OS... just that.

omgosh would Alienware really do something like that? To make money?! How selfish, what a crime! What will they do next..

Look at the top of this page, apparently Neverside also endorses XP as well. Money makes the world go round, I think there's much more heinous business transactions taking place than one sentence of text in size 14 font. Roll Eyes

Okay. Dell, IBM, Compaq, HP, Gateway, eMachines, all of their websites say it dickweed.

That didn't even make sense. Stop bashing something that obviously works for millions.

ololol

I wonder if manufacturers would honor a request to return bundled copies of Windows. The EULA says I can.

Discuss. Roll Eyes

Did you even think before you wrote this? Alienware machines are GAMING machines. Practically all games that are worth getting run on Windows. Why would any manufacture ever develop a gaming machine that runs windows, thats just plain stupid.
