Alright, I was trying to recreate a drop down menu similar to http://www.mindharbor.com/index.htm

I got the actual menu part done, but I can't figure out how to make it do that "bounce" thing that it does, anyone know how this was accompished?

All they seem to be are sort quick forward/backward tween effects
