Expanding the content area for my site in flash?

What I'm trying to do is start the white content area made small, then, have it just expand to the bottom to look like the image. I tried doing this in flash, but it just distorts the image quality. Is there a way to do this without losing the image quality?

to elaborate a bit, I want it to start off like this:

Then, expand to the size of the first image I posted, quickly and sort of bouncing into place vertically.
