2 hours/week isn't enough Lydia. You need like 1-2 hours a day areobic type stuff. It's good for your heart if you're serious

I'm not overweight however over the last few years i have grown a considerable beer belly and I am now trying to lose it, have started going to the gym and also go out running in the morning before going to work.has a few people have said for my excercise to take effect i have to go running at least 3 times a week! otherwise there is no point!

There are some inspirational articles for you guys having trouble comitting to losing that weight. :]. Also, do not be discouraged if you actually gain weight after exercising. You're gaining muscle. The fat part should eventually burn off.

Things have been going well for me, I'm down 16 lbs, I'd like to double that though, I have a month before my cruise, I know it won't happen by then but I do know I look a bit better in my bathing suit Smile

The gym I won a membership to is kicking my ***, I try to go min 4x a week for an hour. Try, this week has been hard because I took a weird lifting class and my legs are killing me.

I'm currently weighing in at around 190-195. I'm always moving so my weight fluctuates alot throughout the day. I'm trying to build muscle mass now so I can have a sporting chance of joining the football team this summer

im putting on weight, wait, not weight, muscle mass, so far ive been working out for 2 weeks and put on about 5 lbs of muscle.

i do have a sixpack, but i am trying to get my arms bigger.
