Like others have said, the first one will get your name across much better. Having said that, I like the second one way more.

Anyone who says #2 would be correct IF you wanted a pretty picture, other than that it does nothing for getting your business name across. 1st has the readability, but honestly neither are that effective ads...

Definitely first one if your locked into the two as you can at least get your info out there.

Number one. I agree that since this is going on the back of a moving car, it is the better of the two choices due to the larger font.

the top picture sucks as you can only see half of one of the kids heads over twds the right, where it merges with the football, and the 2nd one sucks because it's not very legible from a far away distance.

I'd personally go with something simple, such as the name of the company, website, and a few logos like a cartoon football, or pom poms or something similar. and the text looks too technical. try something more like comic sans to give it the "kiddie" feel and see what you come up with.

If it's going to be on a vehicle, think long @ hard because everyone will see this.

And i don't think a picture is needed... Once all the lines are cut in, it will look weird since it will be full of gaps... (you have to be able to see out your back window)

I like both but I think the first one is the best.

Dont you want to be able to see out your rear view mirror? Considering that this will span your whole back window.

Things like this tend to be see-through from the inside. It's really a neat effect, it just looks tinted from the inside, which the image displayed properly from the outside.
