It's what you do with what you take in, not quantities. If you don't work as hard, take in fewer calories...but ratios do have an effect. I'm not saying go atkins and cut carbs, but keeping the ratio of proteins and simple sugers like those found in fruits and veggies higher than complex foods will do wonders for you. Eat well and your metabolism will go up, you'll burn more, you'll build more. Simple math.

Hehe, I'm really fat-free I think.
I'm 6'2 and 176 lbs, still I look skinny like ****.

Here's what I suggest for 15 year olds. No weight lifting. Especially if you're skinny the only weight you should be lifting is your own body weight, and there's plenty of ways to do that.
First off, the arms. Push-ups should do. Do a daily series. Two series until you can't hold anymore should be cool. Be sure to keep your elbows next to your body, not outwards for starters. When you come to the point where you're pushing up two series of 25, you can stop increasing numbers, 50 is a fair workout.
Next, the abs. Easy one again, just start doing crunches. Feet in the air, and try doing three series of 20. First series straight on head towards knees. You can come down after shoulders leave the floor (When you feel full tension in the muscles). second series is you go crossed bringing your elbow to the opposite leg. Third series same thing, other leg.
Final visible area that can use work is legs. I still prefer jumping and the bicycle for this. For cycling, just make sure you go to places with your bike, 3 miles a day is already nice. Try racing this distance at full speed (be careful of course). Going slightly over the limit so that you're slightly breathless at the end is perfect, since that's anaerobic exercise, comparable to sprinting. It will give you the nice filled out thighs. For jumping I recommend two series of 10 jumps knees to the chest.
Don't do preps until your body is full-grown, which is around 17-18 for the average male

I would definitely second Simon's opinion - 15 is a bit young to be hitting the weights hard. I also agree with nano - you don't need a lot of extra protein to put on the muscle. I've added roughly 5-10lbs of muscle in 10 weeks without modifying my diet (by eating more protein).

Heri that cannot be health at all. I hope that you will be okay, and maybe you should go to the doctor. Im worried for your health.
Dont take creatine. Trust me i tried to go the opposite way that you are going to lose weight with drugs, and as it may work it is not healthy, and very addicting. I was up to 18-20 pills aday when i was only supposed to be taking 6. Luckly, my boyfriend got me off of it, and now i weigh 130 pounds, i feel alot better, even though i could be healthier. Don't try to alter your body in an unnatural way.
I dont understand why you are doing this?
Maybe it is pressure or comments from classmates.....and if that is the case just ignore it. Because if i learned nothing else in high school, it was that after you get out, what people said and do to means nothing.
So please don't hurt your body to impress other people. It is not the way to go.

Ashley said it, drugs are NOT the way to go. I've tried ephedrine and never again. I messed up my heart a few years ago on a major meth/ecstacy overdose, if I take ephedrine now my heartrate spikes over 144, eventually flutters and I start to black out. I may have a bad heart to begin with, but if it has that kind of effect you know it's hard on your body no matter what shape you're in.
I'll second doing pushups, now don't laugh at me I'm going somewhere with this, I do have a lot of sex and honestly work in a workout into it, it's one thing to just start doing pushups and get tired and give up, but if you have a goal you're really reaching for (like an orgasm, for example) the pain completely disappears until you're done. I'm not saying do what I do...I'm saying that in practice, having a goal you're working toward and enjoying achieving REALLY helps. Throw in your favorite CD and plan for some sort of big finish, work with the rhythm and don't let yourself finish until you're done. When I started doing pushups I could get maybe twenty-five TOPS before I just gave up swearing...then I thought, why am I counting? I started working them in with something I enjoy and now I can push well beyond the 100 mark...as long as I'm enjoying myself. As soon as I start really counting and just thinking about the pain of it I'm done.
Just an idea for you. Work toward something and don't worry about how many you're doing, but rather how long you can keep it up. You build better, more USEFUL muscle with repetition than simply trying to max out some stupid goal. Stamina is more important, you'll see less mass but better tone, which is far superior (and more healthy) if you ask me.

I pretended i was having sex and going for the climax and i hit 350 pushups! hahah jk.
I just started doing pushups again and put music on while i do. i'll keep working for more and a goal. thanks for that stuff actionplanet.
and ashley: no i'm not doing it because classmates said stuff or anything, i just want to get stronger for my sake and for sports too. Also, I would never do drugs, but creatine isn't exactly a drug.
I'm glad you and actionplanet are clean now. :]
I don't get how you guys are gaining so much weight of protein. I have a protein powder in a smooothie pratically everyday and i haven't gained anything.

Creatine is not as bad as everyone makes it seem. All it is is a supplement that allows more blood to get to the muscle, allowing you to lift longer, and harder without fatigue. It will probally help you put on some mass but you would have better luck putting on weight with an actual weight gainer.
Edit: Just remember, if you are going to use, drink lots of water (Before and after use.)

Is that a kelt actionPlant?
Anyways, I personally think that 15 is way too young to be worrying about this. But if you're that worried, instead of taking creatine I suggest you follow Gil's workout routine. Oh and Gil, did you ever considering making a fitness video?
