Tracing an Image in flash

hey users this is what Im trying to do. Im trying to do this animation where it traces out the picture. Heres an example

When you see the movie, it shows an turntable being traced. How would I do that. Is it a mask? Is there a tutorial around that will show how u can do something like that.
