Perhaps the TutorialForums name had a large role in attracting members. They see Neverside, they don't know what to expect. Even I was attracted with TF as I was expecting to receive help and give help. I'm still staying, though.

Everyone here knows what my opinions are in the matter, so I'm not going to waste my time rehashing those. However, to the complaints, I have a few things to say.
The actual structure or design of the forum isn't what makes it. I still post at some ugly *** forums because of the content. I still read some ugly and barely functioning websites because of the content. It's all about the content, and that's what is here. Content. I agree the design areas are losing some momentum, but whose fault is that? Everyone's. If you want to see input, give it yourself. Its no one person's job to fuel everything. There are plenty of skilled people that post here. When I used to watch over flash, devonair was extremely educated in flash and even though he wasn't 'staff' he was still extremely helpful and knowledgeable, probably more so than me. You don't need a fancy title and colorful screenname to be able to contribute. You just need to be willing to ask and answer questions. Really experienced people aren't going to bother to post here if there's no one to help, and no one that needs help isn't going to post unless there's experienced people to help them out.
Also, attitude, everyone is so fast to be flamed, that's a big problem my other forum is having, whenever someone asks for a comment, there's atleast one jackass that has something to say. That's a big reason why people stop posting.
And to the people rebutting his comments, don't bother. It's no good to do that either. It'll turn into a flame war and that's helping nothing.
