Google has become a large part of the net now, assisting almost everyones needs.
Google maps will give you satellite shots from all around the world
Gmail provides users with a free email account with a larger capacity
personally, I havn't paid much attention to it's minor things but at one point in time they were all minor things in which case I beleive many people may become avid gtalk users

SO mainly uses GTalk now because it's lightweight. I still use Gaim. But, I use Google, GMail, Froogle, Google Maps... Yeah I've been sucked into the googleverse.

I tried using Google products but i dont have much need for them. Google Desktop, unneeded, I know where my stuff is. GTalk, nobody uses it and I dont need another IM client running. GMaps, I dont get lost, I know where I'm going. Etc.
But theyre great. Google is just becoming the next Yahoo though. I miss Googles simplicity.

I use Google (Search) just about every day. My Gmail has become my main email address. I use
maps.google.com to find directions and to just look around. Froogle is awesome to see where the cheapest things are. Local.google.com is great to find places to eat.
So, in other words, Google has become something that I depend on every day of my life.
I love Google.

But wouldn't you agree that Google has increased the simplicity of life for others? :) I only use Maps, Mail, and Search, myself.
