How would the drop down at the top be done??? like the code??

You need to know how to make a Advanced Button Rollover.

My tutorial should give you some idea.

And then, once you get that down, you can just make the rollover movieclip the dropdown on top, with text fields that get their info via a XML Photo Gallery(Kirupa.com). And then Rolloff can be the bar going up.

I did something similar with dropdowns myself, it was a little difficult, but once i got it down it went smoothly.
