The Retaliation DVD/CD was a letdown from his first CD/DVD. Waaaay funnier in the first than he is in the second.

Never heard of the man. I guess I'll check it out. Is this a good cd to get started on?

No, there are references to his other previous performances. You might want to start with Harmful if Swallowed. I got this new one almost a month ago. Funny stuff.
