TO have a flower garden

If I want to create a flower garden, like attached file on your right hand side, how can I not use muliple layer of flower to do that?

layers give it depth but if you dont want to use the layers then you'll have to paste each image back to front. Start from the furthest, back image and add your images forward till you reach the formost, front image. If you want anything over the next it wont work.
This image used layer, very poorly, and blended them.

Is there some reason you cant use layers? It would be better for your image outcome.

It kinda looks like the person used a brush. Try finding/making a brush of flowers.

I tried using brush, but the flower look unreal. As I dont know so much about painting, the brush of flower look really bad in the outcome.

Looks llike an image hose from Painter 5 or 6 to me. I think it used to be made by Metacreations, but they might have changed their company name recently.
