It could be worse....
anyways.. I'm wondering about the entire issue with "canceling before one year is out"?
And .. . anyone figure out how to set it so your site dies instead of having a fee being charged for extra bandwith/space?

How does their control panel look like? I wasn't looking very hard, but I couldn't find a screenshot or preview of some sort on their website. Would you be able post a screenshot?
With my old host, subdomains took a lot longer to update. I think it was about a day until it worked.

I agree, it's not very pretty and gets pretty cluttered. Also a few things I'm not liking:
with PHP, you can't use full file paths e.g. i had getimagesize(http://site.com/image.jpg) and it wouldn't accept. I have to just use image.jpg. This is a pain in the *** when you come to include files because you have to use document_root etc.
Also the organisation of some areas is odd, like to change passwords you have three different areas?!
But for five quid it ain't bad.

I'm dreamhost user for two years. I never had any problems with their services. It's great. It's very seldom that their sever goes down for maintenance, at least they have an effort to let their customers know quickly. Only one thing is about control panel, I don't like their control panel interface but hoping if the customers giving them feedback to improve their CP wouldn't hurt a try. I'm still learning to use all of the stuff with DH. Their newsletter is really enteraining!
