Dynamic Llama Signatures?

How do I make a sig image change whenever it's viewed? I remember during TF someone had something like this, where it's just pointed to an image on their server and PHP would change the image to something else randomly. Wondering if this needs mySQL to do, too. What I want to do is have my sig be the green llama (you know), and whenever it's refreshed, it's replaced by another version of Green Llama (i.e Cowboy Llama, or Cop Llama, or Santa Llama).
Hoping someone can help me out, even direct me to some script, perhaps? Some pointers would be appreciated.
