My Band's Site

I have been working on a new layout for my band's site and just wanted some opinions on it. There are a lot of things not finished and I plan to add more... that's where you come in.

its nice, but it seems more like a blog then a band website. you need something unique, that will make your band stand out from the rest.

for starters, what style of music are we speaking?

A Slice of Banana? What a peculiar yet intriguing name! I find it kind of lacking. It has the feeling of a template, not enough UMPH. Try to add some unexpected things or some more flare to the text with some graphics. Yes, I see the Slice of Banana....

WAYYY too simple, grunge bands are the REASON we have grunge brushes in photoshop. they pretty much invented the grunge website... go download tons of grunge brushes off of deviantart.com - lots of dirty colors (might want to use metallics or silver, being that you are named silver.

personally, it looks like you took it right from a template. i'd say find yourself a sweet chrome, metal tutorial and work some grunge brushes and fonts into it. Grunge is probably the funnest thing to create in ps, so i know you'll create some sweet shiat.

or, or... you could totally call yourself silver, and nowhere relate it to silver. like totally stray from any metallics and just go with a freestyle kind of look. more of a rebel theme if you get me. ima see if i can throw together some concepts of what im thinking..

Yummy color scheme. I don't like the header graphic though.
I think you should take the header away from any sort of.. captivity and make something without boxing it in.
