1. Yes; Pot, Duster, Vicadin, Ambien (makes me trip), Robotripping, I'm sure there's a lot more I can't remember...in fact I know there is.
2. Yes and Yes
3. I don't really even understand where the line was drawn, what makes one combination of chemicals legal, while a recombination is illegal. I dont' get it. I'm extremely sensitive to chemicals so like robotripping for example to someone else it's just a little thing, but to me it's like I fell into a Lewis Caroll novel, so why's it legal for me to do that but not acid?
4. No, but it is their duty to protect the nation as a whole, laws imposed on usage are good (drunk driving for example). Laws making a substance completely illegal is bad.
5. If they got rid of my Arby's curly fries, someone would have to die (and i'm 175lbs at 6ft tall).

1. Have you ever used any recreational drugs and if yes, which ones? No
2. Do you smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol? No and Yes
3. What in your opionion, makes legal drugs better or worse than illegal ones? Legal ones are... well legal...
4. Do you feel the government has a right to tell us what we are allowed to put into your bodies or do you feel its their duty to protect us? I think it's their duty to inform people of the dangers, but not tell us what we're allowed to take, unless it's like illegal or something
5. How would you feel if the government outlawed fast-food restaurants to help with obesity? Wouldn't really care, I don't eat the stuff, I'd laugh at all the people who'd be upset though

1: Yes, Marijuana. I don't feel like there's anything wrong with it as long as it doesn't become an habbit, I only smoke here and there when I feel like it. I wouldn't do it alone though, no point in being the only one stoned.
2: I don't smoke cigarettes at all, but I do drink beer and rum on weekends. I rarely get real drunk.
3: If you really want your drug, making it legal or illegal wont keep you from getting it, you'll only go through your local dealer if it's not legal (which aren't that hard to find).
4: It just keeps most people out of the illegal drugs, but they can still go crazy on legal ones. The harder drugs are all illegal, but softer drugs can be just as bad when you take too much. I think things are ok like they are now, though I'd be happier if they'd ban cigarettes too.
5: Those aren't drugs, and often, those fast-food giants are the ones paying governments to bypass a few laws. Banning fast food because it can cause obesity to people who eat that all the time and never do any physical activity would be just like banning TV because it can cause people to sit in front of it and get fat as well. People are responsible for their obesity.

1. No, i only use painkillers
2. no and about once a year and thats only a bottle of smirnoff or whatever
3. in general, legal drugs are safer than illegal drugs under the right circumstances.
4. i feel it is their duty to protect us to a point.
5. i would really care, i hate fast food resturants with a passion..

1. Not yet
2. I've tried cigerattes, and don't like the way they taste. I do drink some, though.
3. Legal drugs tend to kill you less often. Or at least slower?
4. I think they have the right to tell us it's dangerous, but we should be able to decide on our own rather or not we want to do it.
5. Who cares?

1. If you can name it odds are I've smoked, snorted, dropped, or ate it. Except for meth, pcp, and ketimine
2. Yes, I drink and smoke.
3. I think that legal drugs are most of the time worse than illegal ones. Adderall for example is a legal form of cocaine, Oxycontin is legal herion, and most mood stabilizers have the same effect as smoking weed for me.
4. The government has no right to tell me what I put into my body. They feel they have an obligation to inform the youth about drugs but they go about it all the wrong way. they dont actually tell you anything about them all they tell you is that they are bad and not to do them. All i ever got out of drug education was a facination with drugs and what they do. The government should just pick up my trash, make sure roads are paved, and stay the hell out of my life.
5. The government should outlaw fast food, around 500,000 people die a year from heart attacks but less than 10,000 people die per year from drug overdoeses

1) No.
2) I smoke a pipe, and drink wine.
3) Probably that their immediate side effects are less threatening to those around them.
4) It has always been the government's first duty to protect it's citizens (speaking for the US only). The goverment has a responsibility to promote that which is good for society. Addictive or harmful drugs in any form are not good for society, therefore, the goverment has a right to restrict them.
5) Indifferent.

A few questions..
1. Have you ever used any recreational drugs and if yes, which ones?
yes, I've done a few things in my life, e in particular. I did alot of it for quite a long time too maybe 2 years or so / my last 2 years of high school. I've tried others but nothing can be compared to e imho...
2. Do you smoke cigarettes or drink alcohol?
I drink, quite often now... I enjoy beer, beer is rather a way of life. Some people say alcohol is a problem, I think of it a solution... atleast I dont use any other substances nowadays... and no I don't smoke, I hate cigaretes period, cant be in the same room with people smoking.
3. What in your opionion, makes legal drugs better or worse than illegal ones?
Generally speaking allmost all illigal drugs are recrational... legal drugs on the other hand fix you or at least they suppose to.
4. Do you feel the government has a right to tell us what we are allowed to put into your bodies or do you feel its their duty to protect us?
When it comes to drugs people dont know where to stop... esspecially kids. By legalizing recreational drugs goverment would be killing off atleast 60% of kids and teenagers... for many people legal means safe.
5. How would you feel if the government outlawed fast-food restaurants to help with obesity?
I'd be delighted. I went from 180 pounds and 6' to 225 pounds and 6' because I ate fast food for a year. I'm trying to eat healthy but it's getting rediculous with 6 hundred billion fast food joints within a 3 city blocks radius...
