Cincinnati effect?

Does anyone know how to mimic this effect with lettering?

If I make a vector circle and place the text on the circle, it rounds it but it doesnt give it that more straightened perspective the real reds jersey has. Anyone have any ideas how to do that in Paintshop?

Make an ellipse instead of a circle.
You can also edit vector shapes after creating them in order to get the desired effect without having to start all over again.
