coder looking for designer

I'm a PHP/XHTML/CSS coder that is looking for a graphic designer to team up with. Have coded in PHP for about 4 years, but I'm not very good with graphics and it would be great to find someone who I can work with.

What is the project you have in mind, with regards to teaming up with a graphics designer?

My thought is to offer website design/coding for a charge
