Nordichost.com
A site I designed about a year ago I hosted them with nordichost.com. Pretty good hosting, has never been down that I know of, unlimited POP3 boxes, 500 megs of space, cgi, php, the works. For about 15$ a month. I'd have them host my site but I don't need that great of a host, Bill Condo does a great job for me anyway
