I have a problem: Short concentration/attention-span
I have a problem that i hope you guys could help me with. I have a rather short attention/concentration span. I can't read long article even when its printed. It's like i got bored with something rather fast. And this problem is really troublesome
What do you think the cause of this. Do you think i need to do more sport/exercise? (i rarely do this, maybe just once a week) or o i need to drink nutrition or something?
Thank you very much for your help. =)

You probably just have ADD (Attention Deficit Disorder). Your age is a relevant factor, also. If you are 15 or older and still find it difficult to focus on any long articles, you probably have a bad case of ADD. It's no big deal, though, just go see your doctor and he'll get you some sweet meds so you can focus. It doesn't have much to do with nutrition, as long as you aren't starving. Excercise may help slightly, but it sounds like you have a problem requiring medication. Maybe you just read boring articles? Nobody likes devoting their attention to something they are flat-out disinterested in. Good luck, in any case.

That's my sister, it's like a perfect match...
Especially the talking excessively part.

Everyone is impatient to some extent. You should probably only see a doctor if it's really interfering with your everyday activities.

I have that. It most commonly occurs in school between the beginning of first period and the end of last period.

Ditto here.
Most tests I have taken have returned ADHD positive, but I havn't talked to my doctor about it yet. I probably should.
Take this test:

The questions are really quick.
