The navigation buttons, to start off, look like they might eat me. They are so oversized, I considered moving my living quarters there. But seriously, make those a bit smaller, I'm not sure Stevie Wonder plans to make a website anytime soon.
The colors. What is with the purple? Nothing against purple, but if you used maybe some aside from purple and white, it'd be a bit more appealing. On the "plans", you might want to make the background, where the "More Info" button is, a different color than the background.
Put a border or something around the login, I overlooked it until seriously looking at the page.
If you plan to use 'super-extendo-pages', and make them really wide, make the content, etc, fit the page. The footer is about 350px shorter than the footer, and that makes it feel uneven and unwelcoming.
