A bit of tweaking here and there, added a crosshatch to the background, kept the right bar simple with a single gradient, that's about it...

I think I'm gonna start coding it up now...
I'll be tweaking the fonts and such in the css, they're a bit big at the moment...

It is coming along nicely . Maybe I would make the menu links a bit smaller and style="padding-left: 6px;" if you know what I mean. They look like listings of links under categories (About the author, also see, misc) and pushing them a little bit would add "to their quality of listingness." Or not, haha whatever. It looks nice.

On your most recent pic, the end of the content area on the right and then the side bar kind of confuse me because I don't know wheather to think the content has ended and is leaving a shadow or it it rounding down and then the side bar is beginning to round, but I think its the latter. I suggest maybe just having the white content section clean and then make it appear as though its giving off a shadow on the side bar. Even though the site looks clean, I would suggest that you maybe make it more visually intense and give some more graphics that would be better at showing off your graphic skillz, but its not neccesary. Not bad overall. Good luck with it!

Looking great man, can't wait till you get it coded. Its awesome to the how far this site has gone all the way through the design process.

I've started coding it up so that shouldn't take too long, almost done already.
What's gonna take a while is for me to find a host and get Wordpress or some other blog program going on it as I've never use a MySQL database before...

But graphics wise, I don't want it too graphic intensize but I do agree with PolishKid (whose not even from Poland btw) about the right bar, sort of, I'm not changing the content background though.
