theres nothing i see wrong with it except the sides kinda look in and out by a pixel....

Natural, this forum is designed to get feedback on a website, and specific guidance on how it can be improved. It's no help to anybody if you just go into people's threads and respond with something along the lines "I don't like it". I've seen you do this in a number of different threads now, and you really should consider stopping it.

The only thing responding with "I don't like it" will accomplish is irritating or upsetting the designer. If they've put the time into trying to create something, the last thing they want is somebody just telling them they hate it, but not saying how, what, or why they think so.

It is the equivalent of a movie director giving a board of previewers a sneak peek of his film, asking for their opinion afterwards, and them all going "It sucked" and walking out the door. Without being told what's wrong with it, how on earth can the director improve his work?

Sorry to rant, but I have a thing about this. Just try to think of other people's interests when you post -- that's what this community is based upon.

Anyway, I really like that SolidSnake design. The banner is pretty cute, with the whole controllable snow thing going on. You definitely want to customize the colours on your google ad so that it fits in a little more though, and what the others said about the snow looking false is true.It doesn't seem to have the correct texture and shading to look like snow.

The text in the banner could also use a little more definition to be more readable, since it's kind of difficult to do so right now. Other than that I really like it, and the designer's done a great job.
