Doesn't do much for me...on closer inspection I like the composition, but the whole thing feels a bit too drab and faded...might want to ever so slightly highlight and focus a certain area to bring the viewer's attention there, make your colors pop a little more in one area than the rest...that way our attention is exactly where you want it to be. Right now it just looks really flat, and the colors are all dim and fighting with each other, making it feel busy and drab at the same time.
