Pixel Text With Outline!

Ok first you make a new image. With transparent bg. make it 400x400. Go to the A click and type your name. Put your size: 5. With for ground colour off. so it has that circle thing. And have BG colour white. Also select the mode selection. Ok now youve got you pixel text you save it to alpha channel. You will find it in selections. Now you go to Selections>Modify> Expand.You should use 1. Then get your flood fill and use black and fill the Expanded text thing.Then load from alpha channel the text you saved and floodfill that white and wola thats it.

Or you could just get a pixel font and add a stroke of 1 or more pixels...

strokes in psp are too choppy. I would just add 2 drop shadows at 1x1 and the next at -1x-1 or something with full opacity and no blur.
