Windows Mac usability

I know this company that uses both windows and mac computers but they would like Photoshop to be installed on both. Do they have to buy (they already have a PC version) a Mac version too? Is there like a patch with which they can use the PC version on their Mac, not talking about different OS like Lindows or something?

It can be run using Virtual PC for Mac.
