Pick up lines that work?

I was wondering if anyone had pick up lines that actualy work. That are a little better then, Hi.

Only one I can think of is;

Wow,(blink, and stutter just a little. Smile also) I mean hi, my name is -------(then do a im an idot laugh)

Supprisingly its work a cupple times now.

Or tell them this joke:

If you're a quick thinker, try throwing in on liner-pickers that actually have to do with the conversation.

well...

or

they work, honest
