Agreed.
Also, the I'd try removing the black on the arrow. You generally want to avoid it in most situations as it really can kill a colorful image such as this. It might be wise to try variations of blue on the inside.

i think 'crazy' + 'balls' should have a gradient similar to that of the other elements in your logo
black arrow should have the same effect as the blue ball to create a sense of unity
the 'balls' font feels a little too tight
