How would you create the image shown below?

can someone please tell me what programs you would use, or even a tutorial would be good. or something, I just want the effect and to know how to do it.

Bryce, make random sphere close together, zoom in on them, apply a glossy texture on them, and hit render.

Make a sphere, add a HDRI to it that resembles that image. Add some lighting, zoom in, render. Though that would be alot easier to do in Bryce using a abstract tutorial or Photoshop.
