I dont know but I do know that the Japanies smoke alot, they have vending machines at just about everyother corner, along with booze.

it may indeed be considered taboo but i think there are more reasons for not legalizing it than that... for one, marijuana is far more harmful than people think. people are always spouting off about how much worse ciggerattes and beer are. (before i go further let me just say i think they are all bad and i dont care which is worse so dont start that debate) anyway weed does have a lot of negative effects.. it lowers testosterone, which can and has led to many side effects... liking men growing boobs and there hips expanding from the estrogen levels rising, also it is linked to a drop in sexual performance and has linked to long term motivation loss and defiantly short term memmory loss

im not saying ur gonna grow boobs if u smoke pot but that fact is your testosterone levels do drop and it is harmful to your lungs and the motivation and memory losses are there... but whatever... i used to do it and i guess everyone just has to decide for themselves... but i definatly don't ever see them legalizing marijuana.. i mean look at what there tying to do with cigerattes already... why would they add another thing to make our health even worse.... so i think we should all just give up on that......
